REUNION Band is a five-piece Classic Soul & Rock ’n’ Roll ensemble with a tight rhythm section: two guitars, bass, drums, keyboards and harmonica, with strong harmony vocals. We deliver Classic Rock, Soul, R&B and Blues that is enjoyable to listen to and easily danceable.
We play tunes from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and today. Classic Rock from The Beatles to Van Morrison, Foo Fighters to Rob Thomas and Santana. Soul from James Brown to Wild Cherry. Rhythm and Blues from Eddie Floyd to Sam & Dave. Crossover country from Chris Stapleton to Dwight Yoakam. Blues from The Bone Shakers to B.B. King.

Six to eight musicians
For some venues and special occasions the band expands to include multiple saxophones, trombone, trumpet, congas, percussion and additional vocalists, drawn from the guest musicians who frequently appear with REUNION.
The roots
REUNION’s roots trace to a number of rock ’n’ roll bands formed in Kent County, Delaware during the mid-late 60’s and early 70’s. Some members have performed continuously for over five decades; others played through their high school and college years, then paused to build careers and raise families.
In 2012 Matt Spong and Robert Marston founded Reunion Band. They were joined in 2014 by Matt’s Colour bandmate Greg Ellingsworth, by Gary Kennett in 2020, and by Nick Mela in May 2026.
