From a passion that started 58 years ago with a $29 guitar right through yesterday, Robert’s love of music has never diminished. After playing in several local bands in high school he went into the Navy for four years and got away from playing music completely. After the service, starting a career and a family and going back to school did not leave a lot of time for playing.
In 1994 he got the itch to pick up the guitar again. After several years of determined practice, Robert began his band career in 2010 with Bare Feet, a Lewes-Rehoboth ensemble. He became a founding member of Reunion Band in 2012 and has been having a blast ever since. He is motivated by seeing people up dancing, having a good time and responding to his music. Over the last sixteen years he has had the pleasure of sharing the stage and creating friendships with some of the area’s best musicians, and has found that very humbling.
Robert’s musical tastes focus on Classic Rock, R&B and Soul of the 60’s and 70’s, plus blues of all kinds.
